  • .25 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 8 lbs Pale Liquid;Alexanders

    Pale Liquid;Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 1 oz Perle -8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 2 oz Cascade -5.5 AA% whole; boiled 10 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
